We may refuse embroidery jobs that are unsafe, unlawful, or outside craft at Jadepoint Embroidery — including rush asks that skip curing or test time.

Hold policies: deposits for embroidery sessions on jadepoint.sbs are noted on your ticket; no-shows after written confirmation may forfeit the hold under South Africa consumer rules that still apply.

Jadepoint Embroidery is not liable for delays caused by supplier shortages disclosed before work starts on jadepoint.sbs, nor for customer-supplied parts that fail inspection.
